for designing and building unique, sustainable and affordable homes. We build new
homes, remodels, additions and renovations. We can create any style of home you
had in mind, or we can help your design your own unique home. Our custom green
homes are built by craftsman. We are expert remodelers experienced in Colonial, Victorian, Craftsman, Ranch, Contemporary, or Modern.

work through finish. We are a green builder and can help you create you own unique
high performance home. We offer Design-Build services that will decrease your overall
costs. We can give you a proposal for your project that you already have designed.
We offer open communication with practical answers to your questions and solutions
for home building challenges that arise. We offer well detailed cost estimates and
proposals to ensure that every part of your project has been accounted for. You can
be assured that during construction complete cost tracking will be detailed on your
billing. We also welcome owner builders who are looking for guidance through the
sometimes difficult and tiring process of building your own home
Our Commitment
Our primary commitment is the satisfaction of our customers. To honor this
commitment we offer a 2-year unconditional guarantee on the work we do for you.
CA Law requires a contractor to guarantee the structure for 10 years and 1 year for
everything else including (drywall, trim, paint, fixtures). We chose to offer two years
because we stand behind our work.
